江苏徐海律师事务所（简称徐海所）经江苏省司法厅批准设立，性质为普通合伙，以徐州至上海北长三角地区为主要服务范围。徐海所行政总部设在徐州市津浦西路202号嘉利国际酒店7楼。在苏州、无锡、常州市已设立法律顾问单位服务站，与服务站所在地司法机关、法律服务机构建立良好的业务联系和亲密的合作关系。
2012年江苏徐海律师事务所加盟美国智力资本集团(American Intellectual Capital Group Corporation)，成为国际法律税务服务集团全球构架的重要部分，能为国际业务客户提供当地高水准的法律服务。
徐海所现有执业律师10余名，行政人员1名。全所人员平均年龄在35岁以下，均为大学本科以上学历，大部分具有法律以外的专业技能。
徐海所实行公司化与民主化相结合的科学管理，决策执行分开，合伙人会议决策，管委会负责执行。合伙人会议表决按照出资比例，管委会表决实行一人一票。徐海所把民主自由、平等博爱的精神理念写入章程，倡导科学公平的收入分配机制，打造有志青年律师发展的最佳平台！

Jiangsu XuHai Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as the XuHai) is established with the approval of JiangSu judicial Bureau, it’s nature is ordinary partnership, it’s main service scope is from xuzhou to ShangHai, the North Yangtze Delta. XuHai’s administrative headquarters is located at JiaLi International Hotel XuZhou Jiangsu. Currently XuHai has 10 lawyers and 1 administrative personnel. all personnel average age is less than 35 years old, all personnel hold the bachelor degree or above, most of them have other professional skills besides legal skills.
