孙健,1976年生，1999年毕业于江苏大学经济法专业，学士学位，执业证号:13203200210432589，现执业于江苏徐海律师事务所，担任徐海所注册主任和管委会主任，并被徐州市律师协会聘任为涉外业务委员会主任。
自2000年从事法务及律师工作，曾任徐州市市郊信用联社信贷员、昆山动点投资咨询有限公司投资律师、山东舜翔律师事务所、江苏红杉树律师事务所执业律师；曾经办注册若干外资企业，并担任法律财务顾问；有大型上市地产公司法务经历，全面负责起草审核房地产企业各类合同；多次参加注册会计师考试，通过财务管理和审计科目考试，熟悉企业财务税务审计管理，对规避各类风险有前瞻意识。
擅长领域：投资决策、投资管理、企业战略管理、企业知识产权保护。精于各类合同起草修改和代理经济合同诉讼，对各类重大复杂案件，分析细致且能准确定性，善于在不违法的框架下追求客户的最大利益。
